Dealer Requirements
We’re committed to protecting the Coastal brand and ensuring our dealers succeed. To qualify, dealers must:
- Have at least one acre of commercial property with good drive-by traffic.
- Offer a clean, secure, and professional display area with dedicated office space (open at least 5 days a week, including Saturdays).
- Exclusively represent Coastal buildings (you may also sell non-competing items such as carports, trailers, gazebos, or lawn art).
- Keep inventory in good condition and safeguard it from damage or loss.
- Complete initial and ongoing training programs.
- Maintain accurate contracts and provide customers with proper documentation.
- Promote Coastal products in your community and meet a minimum of $500,000 in annual sales.
